PILKINGTON OF SAN SALVO: The concern of FILTCEM-CGIL

The Secretariat of FILCTEM-CGIL is very concerned about the situation in terms of the establishment PILKINGTON-NSG San Salvador and in particular to the climate that is developing in the relations between the leaders of structures and productive workers. For several months the signals on the productivity and profitability of the plant are not positive and at the same time not recorded by the Management, substantive actions and initiatives to ensure that this trend sia definitivamente invertita.
Più volte abbiamo denunciato la poca attenzione sull’organizzazione del lavoro, il massiccio ricorso allo straordinario per coprire le inefficienze produttive e l’utilizzo di lavoratori interinali che spesso sono collocati in postazioni chiave e importanti all’interno dello stabilimento, provocando non pochi disagi al momento della loro uscita. A tale proposito ricordiamo alla Società che i criteri, che regolano l’uscita di questi lavoratori dallo stabilimento PILKINGTON-NSG di San Salvo, sono sanciti da un accordo sottoscritto tra le parti il 07.06.2007 e che recita testualmente che in caso di eventuali uscite “l’identificazione di tali risorse sarà effettuata nell’ambito delle risorse con anzianità nei 6 (sei) mesi precedenti la data dell’ultimo ingresso”. Chiediamo alla Società che tale accordo sia rispettato, cosi da evitare qualsiasi tipo di strumentalizzazione e accuse infondate su chi si limita a svolgere correttamente il proprio lavoro, come indicato dall’Azienda.
La stessa problematica ha creato non pochi problemi nello stabilimento BRAVO. L’uscita di circa 100 lavoratori interinali, tra cui anche le donne, andando così ulteriormente ad aggravare la piaga sociale della disoccupazione femminile, sono rappresentativi e indicativi. Pur avendo solo “verbalmente” comunicato ai delegati della RSU di BRAVO tale criterio, non possiamo accettare che all’interno dello that take into account only the productivity of individual workers and neglect other factors, such as the familial status of the worker. FILCTEM-CGIL, along with its facilities, says that these conditions can seriously affect the development and future of the Pilkington group in our area and hopes that the Company and its Management prendano atto delle continue denunce fatte dalla nostra organizzazione e assumano atteggiamenti tesi a recepire tali considerazioni.
